Dr. Sievers has a broad medical foundation in Family Medicine and gained further specialization of his clinical interests in sports and regenerative medicine through his fellowship and continued education. He has extensive training in diagnostic and procedure based ultrasound imaging and regenerative medicine procedures including PRP and Stem Cell Therapy.

In his personal time, Dr. Sievers spends his time with his family and is heavily involved in the local community coaching Pole Vaulting at Portales High School, regularly attending church, hiking and climbing throughout the greater South West, biking, weightlifting, and any participating in sports (especially Pole Vaulting).  

 

 

Medical Assistants







Our medical assistants provide our patients with outstanding care and attention to detail. They obtain extensive medical histories on our patients, provides medical transcription, documentation and charting for providers, and are a main point of contact to our patients by telephone to review study or lab results, provider recommendations, and make acute or follow up visits. They also administers our in-office rehabilitation with electro-stimulation, breathing treatments for respiratory sick visits, teach home rehabilitation programs, assist with provider procedures, perform casting and splinting, casting removal, and brace fitting and adjusting. 


  Abby Hinojos   



Abby has a Bachelor's Degree of Biology, emphasis in Pre-med, and a minor in Athletic Training from Eastern New Mexico University. She is also CPR/First-Aid certified. She would like to continue her education to get her Doctorate's in Physical Therapy. In her spare time, Abby loves playing sports, reading, and spending time with her boyfriend and their two kids.















Krystal Pergeson

















 Krystal has worked in the medical field for 18 years including private home care, nursing homes, home health care, and as a hospice caregiver. She currently holds her CNA license and is CPR/First-Aid certified. Krystal enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends. She also loves spending time with the elderly and learning about their life.







 

Radiology

Claudia Cordova, RT (R), ARRT







 



 Claudia is our in house Radiology Technician who is able to provide you with same day in office imaging services with our digital x-ray machine. This aids in making a quick and accurate diagnosis of illness or injury so treatment can be started as quickly as possible.

She is well versed in patient care from her previous experience and also helps with Medical Assistant duties when she has availability.

Our warm welcoming faces of our front office are involved with your care from check-in through check-out. They will navigate you through our required documents for check-in including photo identification, insurance cards, new patient forms, and follow up visit paperwork. 

Both Danielle and Claudia also consult insurances the day of your appointment to work on your behalf to authorize treatments in a timely manner so we may provide you with treatment efficiently. 

  

In the case of needing a referral for consult from our office to another physician or surgeon, Danielle will also complete that process on your behalf for a smooth and seamless transition of care as quickly as possible.







 Danielle is also trained as a Medical Assistant and at times will provide cross coverage help to our providers and staff in this regard. 







 Claudia is bilingual in English and Spanish and can provide translation to our Spanish speaking patients for accurate and concise communication and the best understanding of your medial care.
